Shipping & Returns

 

I. VINTAGE
 

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP? 

We ship with POST NORD. The shipping cost depends on the shipping destination and the size of package. You will see the final shipping cost of your order at the checkout. If a package is not collected the first time we send it, a fee of 30€ will be added to your order. If you are in Stockholm, you are more than welcome to drop by the shop and pick-up your order to get your item as fast as possible. 
 

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A VINTAGE GARMENT?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Adornment. Therefore you always have two weeks to exchange or return your item from the day you collect the package from your local post office. The return costs are paid by the customer. Please send back the item in the same condition as you received it in with all labels attached. An item that is returned without our label, feels used or is returned too late will not be refunded.

When exchanging your item for another, no shipping cost will be added to your order of the new purchase.
 

II. PRE-ORDER

DIRECTLY ONLINE?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Adornment. Therefor you always have two weeks to exchange or return your item from the day you collect the package from your local post office. The return costs are payed by the customer. Please send back the item in the same condition you received it in with all labels attached. An item that is returned without label, feel used or is returned to late will not be refunded.

When exchanging your item for another, no shipping cost will be added for the new purchase.
 

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRE-ORDER GARMENT MADE ON REQUEST?

When we create garments on request, we create them together with the customer. Therefore each sold item is final and the garment is not exchangeable or refundable. In the unlikely event that the garment would break under natural circumstances, Adornment takes on full responsibility to repair the item if the default depends on our production of the garment.

How to Order


 


HOW LONG BEFORE DO I NEED TO ORDER A pre-order GARMENT?

To be able to deliver the best possible result and for the garment to be ready for the time you need it, we need to have your order at least 4 weeks prior to the event. For Bridal wear we need the order at least 14 weeks before the event. To make a bridal wear order please email customercare@adornment.se

 

 

How to Care for Adornments

If you have questions regarding vintage items bought from Adornment or someplace else, please give us a call or send us an email and we will be happy to help you!


II. PRE-ORDER/BRIDAL

We will make sure to give you the information you need regarding the wash and care of your Pre-order/Bridal garment. If you are unsure or can't remember the advice, please contact customercare@adorment.se with your name and style of garment and we will make sure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Complaint

 

WHAT IF I FIND A DEFECT ON A vintage ITEM?

Please have in mind that the garments have had a previous life and are not always completely flawless. We always demonstrate possible defects in the product description. Our team strive to select the best vintage products that can be found. However we are more tolerant to defects on jeans and leather as we consider it to bring more character to the garment. We use our experience and knowledge in textiles when trying to identify uncertain materials, and always want to give you the best of advice on how to wash and care for the product.
