CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRE-ORDER COUTURE GARMENT MADE ON REQUEST?

When we create garments on request, we create them together with the customer. Therefore each sold item is final and the garment is not exchangeable or refundable. In the unlikely event that the garment would break under natural circumstances, Adornment takes on full responsibility to repair the item if the default depends on our production of the garment.

How to Order


HOW LONG BEFORE DO I NEED TO Place an ORDER of a couture GARMENT?

To be able to deliver the best possible result and for the garment to be ready for the time you need it, we need to have your order at least 12 weeks prior to the event. For Bridal wear we need the order at least 12-16 weeks before the event. For couture orders please click here.

 

How to care for my Adornments

We will make sure to give you the information you need regarding the wash and care of your Couture/Bridal garment. If you are unsure or can't remember the advice, please contact customercare@adorment.se with your name and style of garment and we will make sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
